Ascension Service in Cleveland, May 9, 2024

On Thursday evening at 6:30, we will celebrate the festival of Ascension with our brothers and sisters in Christ from Calvary in Sheboygan and St. John’s / St. Peter’s in Cleveland. The service will be hosted by SJSP on 1251 W. Washington Ave. in Cleveland. The Ascension is important because Jesus is now at the Father’s right hand, serving as our Prophet, Priest and King. He is ruling over all things for the good of his Church, supplying called workers for the building up of his people, and interceding for all the saints. The theme for our service on Thursday is “Preach his Name to All Nations”. Our sermon comes from Acts 1.
