Greetings St. Paul's Families,
Attached is this week's newsletter. Below is a pertinent highlight included in the newsletter.
In the event of inclement weather, there may be school cancellations or delays. Due to shared busing, St. Paul’s will follow all announcements for the Howards Grove School District.
Please watch your local TV stations for cancellation or delay announcements. If Howards Grove is closed, St. Paul’s is closed. If Howards Grove is delayed, St. Paul’s is delayed. If Howards Grove is open, St. Paul’s is open. If . . . you get the idea. There will not be a separate St. Paul’s announcement through television networks.
We will also plan to send out a school announcement through TADS when cancellations and delays occur. However, weather could impact internet access and TADS announcements.
God Bless! Stay Warm! Drive Safe!

5-6th Grades: Era of Exploration Trading Project
Dec 6th, 2018 | Mrs. Sarah Mueller
In Social Studies, the 5-6th graders experienced firsthand the importance of traded goods during the Era of Exploration. They each created their own 'commodity' to trade with fellow classmates. Once everyone had a chance to experience trading their wares on a 1 to 1 equal value, we then increased the value of some of the commodities to demonstrate the idea of supply and demand.

Live in Unity
Nov 14th, 2018 | Luther Curia
In chapel this morning Pastor Mueller encouraged us to live in peace and harmony with our Christian brothers and sisters at school and everywhere. Sometimes it takes work, but it is an opportunity to praise God for the blessing of friends, neighbors, and family! Students in K-4th grade enjoyed lunch recess outside today. It was a joy for the teachers to see our students enjoying being with one another and sharing Jesus' love with each other! -Ephesians 4:3-6
